The videos below show how the app may be used to manage a golf outing, referred to as an 'event'.

Make an event and send invitations
First, the admin uses the app to create an invitation for golf with a time and location. Then selects which members will be sent an invitation through the app. In the example below, the information has already been entered, and all members are sent an invite.
Members are notified and respond in the app

Each member can then respond by pressing a button indicating their availability. In the vid below, Bill Jones gets a push notification through the app. Pressing the notification on his phone launches the app and he then responds to the invite by pressing the "I'm available" button.
The admin manages and makes a pairing card

Responses are shown on a summary page, where the participants can be determined and pairings sent out. In the video below, the admin adds Bill Jones to the participant list, makes pairings randomly, and sends out the pairings card with a custom note at the top, which members can view in the app.
